WHAT DEFINES A WEEKEND
As we know everyone is busy instead of making a set day fee we have a WEEKEND rate. This means that you can enjoy your bouncy castle for a bit longer once it has gone quiet and all of your party guests have gone home. It gives Mums & Dads a chance to clean-up and put feet up instead of rushing to get returned back to us.
Our weekend is defined as pickup Friday return Sunday. If your party is on Sunday we allow returns to be made on Monday. We work around what suits you, our customers.
PAYMENT
All bouncy castles hired require payment of hirage fee and bond to be paid on collection or by prior arrangenent.

It is also important to note that our bouncy castles will not be released until our terms and conditions have been accepted by way of signing

We provide a full refund if the weather is wet, as long as the bouncy castle is returned in the same condition as picked up.
